The Amaras Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products, educational content, programs, memberships, subscriptions, and services delivered electronically. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through any of our websites, funnels, platforms, or payment processors.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our offerings and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products, programs, memberships, subscriptions, services, or educational content unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Memberships & Subscriptions

If you purchase a membership or subscription:

● Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

● To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled billing date.

● Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the billing date may not be processed in time and may result in the next charge being applied.

● Charges processed due to late or missed cancellations are non-refundable.

● Upon cancellation, access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure cancellation is completed within the required timeframe.

Digital Products, Programs & Services

Once access to a digital product, course, program, service, or educational material is granted (including downloads, portals, or member access), the purchase is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

No Prorated Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, unused time, or lack of participation.

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy must be clearly stated in writing at the time of purchase. Verbal statements, assumptions, or third-party representations do not constitute an exception.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to all Services.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this Refund & Cancellation Policy and to provide documentation demonstrating acceptance of these terms at checkout.
